Complete form and mail by May 17 to Art Fest, P O Box 745, Medford, NJ 08055
With your check made payable to MAC
OR sign up on line at www.medfordbusiness.org and email photos
Required: New vendors include three photos of your work including one of your booth
2012 participants may omit photos
All goods MUST be handmade by applicant. No commercial products permitted
Your application has been accepted if you do not hear otherwise by May 24
(If you are not accepted, your check will be returned with a letter of non-acceptance)
We reserve the right to refuse any artist’s application whose items are not handmade by applicant.
One applicant per booth. Note: A tent is required for participation in this Festival.
Cost: $75 for each 10 X 10 foot space. Fee must be included with application
