The Medford Arts Center and the Medford Business Association are pleased to present:
The Annual Medford Art, Wine and Music Festival
on Sunday, June 2nd, 2013 from 12 PM – 4 PM.
The Medford Business Association wishes to extend this invitation to you to participate in this popular event this year. We had a great turnout last year! This years’ festival will feature many artists displaying and selling their latest unique hand-crafted works. An array of musicians and entertainers will be on hand to delight, and of course over a dozen New Jersey Wineries sampling and selling their best vintages.
The food vendor fee to participate is $250 for one space, payable to the MBA. Two spaces may be requested for $350. Use the cut-off portion below to mail your check by Apr 23rd. There will also be a refundable deposit of $100 required by the Medford Police Department when you fill out the application for a vendor permit. Your deposit will be refunded one week after the event, provided your space was left in the same condition in which it was given to you. Please check-in at the Information Tent at Main & Union Streets. upon arrival. Setup will begin no earlier than 9:30 AM, ready for business by noon. Each vendor is responsible for supplying all necessary items needed for the day. We look forward to seeing you at the festival! ( Questions? We cannot guarantee that special requests will be honored. After Festival, Space must be clean by 4:30 PM. Fee will not be returned if you are absent or choose not to participate in rain date.
