The Sixth AnnualMedford Art, Wine and Music Festival Sunday, June 3rd, 2012 from 12 PM – 4 PM.
The Medford Business Association wishes to extend this invitation to you to participate in this popular event, which attracts several thousand people annually from the tri-state area. As a participant, you will be showcasing your best vintages by providing samples for visitors to taste and enjoy. Sealed bottles may be sold as well. We had a great turnout last year! This years’ festival will feature many artists displaying and selling their latest unique hand-crafted works. An array of musicians and entertainers will on hand to delight, and great food will be available as well. We invite you to join us on June 3rd 2012 to sample, sell & promote that most important of ingredient to the day, your fine wine. Winery participation fees have been waived this year. Please provide your own tent and any equipment needed. Arrangements for additional space can be handled as we near the event, for a small fee. Electric is limited. Questions? The Medford Arts Center and the Medford Business Association are pleased to present: The Sixth AnnualMedford Art, Wine and Music Festival
on Sunday, June 3rd, 2012 from 12 PM – 4 PM.
The Medford Business Association wishes to extend this invitation to you to participate in this popular event this year. We had a great turnout last year! This years’ festival will feature many artists displaying and selling their latest unique hand-crafted works. An array of musicians and entertainers will be on hand to delight, and of course over a dozen New Jersey Wineries sampling and selling their best vintages. The food vendor fee to participate is $250 for one space, payable to the MBA. Two spaces may be requested for $350. Use the cut-off portion below to mail your check by Apr 23rd. There will also be a refundable deposit of $100 required by the Medford Police Department when you fill out the application for a vendor permit. Your deposit will be refunded one week after the event, provided your space was left in the same condition in which it was given to you. Please check-in at the Information Tent at Main & Union Streets. upon arrival. Setup will begin no earlier than 9:30 AM, ready for business by noon.
